Members (employers) please read the following terms and conditions carefully before filling the Vacancy Form:

1. HKECIA does not monitor any of the applicants' personal details that will be forwarded to you.

2. HKECIA does not currently hold or store applicants' personal details for the vacancies that have been posted by our members.

3. Applicants will not have access to any other contact details, such as your address or telephone number. They will only be able to contact you via the email address you submit.

4. Your submitted vacancy will remain on our website until you request its removal. All vacancies will be reviewed after three months.
